The boring but important part
What is free, and what is the plan for?
Scanning the volume and browsing every folder stay free forever. The $19.99 yearly plan unlocks moving files to the Trash, the duplicate finder, smart categories and the menu bar watch.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancel any time in App Store settings; you keep the plan until the period ends. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple's request form rather than through us.
Does Family Sharing work?
Yes. One purchase covers up to six people on the same Family Sharing group, the way other Mac App Store apps do.
Intel or Apple silicon?
Both. Sift is a universal Mac app for macOS 14 Sonoma or later.
