Download and billing
Install from the Mac App Store. Cancel or request a refund in your Apple account — we cannot change an App Store subscription from our side.
Permissions
If a folder looks empty or “locked”, grant Sift access to that folder or enable Full Disk Access in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
Nothing is sent anywhere
There is no in-app account and no diagnostic upload. If something looks wrong, describe what you see — we cannot pull logs from your Mac.
